Refund policy

ELIGIBILITY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - UNUSED and in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To clarify, we do NOT accept returns for items that have been opened/used.

Additionally, we do NOT allow returns for:

  • On-Sale Items
  • Makeup Products: including eyelashes, press-on nails, nail polish, etc

RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, you can contact us at support@heybeautybox.com providing us with order details & reason for return.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Additionally, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us with any questions at support@heybeautybox.com.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

In order to prevent fraudulent claims, we are not responsible for packages once in the possession of the USPS service. If your package is stolen/lost or damaged by USPS we cannot replace the items. All lost packages are the responsibility of USPS. Please contact the nearest USPS to resolve any shipment issues. We only have the capacity to track your package.
